Our fully furnished, managed private cabins offer a secure space to create products, make new connections, collaborate. Our private office lets you work in peace with your teams. Aesthetically designed for corporate and businesses with all requirements taken care of. Special access cards provide our clients with necessary safety along with complementary services that include access to meeting rooms, conference rooms, recreational areas, and breakout zones to break the monotony of any day.

It is a unique and convenient solution for corporates and businesses, offering a single point of access to the co-desk network pan India for all members in the organization. This gives teams the flexibility to book a desk from any of the centres, across co-desk network. Team members do not have to pay every time to book a desk.With a Virtual Office, you have everything you need to facilitate new connections. As well as a professional business address with mail handling, you’ll have access to phone answering, networking events, and all of our coworking spaces around the globe.

CAN WE HAVE PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE FOR MEETINGS?
We truly understand that meeting potential clients and business partners are an essential part of growing a business, hence we provide you the facility to use any conference room, for upto 3 hours
HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY TO RESERVE MY OFFICE SPACE?
We require a deposit equal to a month’s subscription after making your first payment. We have got many pocket-friendly subscription plans to choose from.
IS TEA/COFFEE SEPARATELY CHARGEABLE?
No. Codesq’s cafeteria provides all members with free tea, coffee and other beverages, but some individually prepared drinks/food item are chargeable.
WHAT IS THE INTERNET SPEED?
Each space has an independent line for internet connectivity. Each member gets an internet speed of upto 8 mbps. There is no limit on the usage.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?
No. The prices listed on our plans are independent of service tax which will be applied at billing.
IS IT SAFE TO LEAVE MY BELONGINGS AT MY WORK-SPACE?
All our spaces are equipped with 24×7 CCTV cameras, with guards present all the time. If you are a permanent member, you can leave your files, laptops etc in your on your desk/locker. However, we advise you to take your belongings with you when you leave the space.
